A site about my health and coding journey since 2002. Content on this site does not reflect the views of my current or past employers and is of my own opinion.
I like learning and applying technology (thinking of existing and customized software, hardware, and process changes as tools) to help solve issues. I’m always amazed at how the advancements over the years help make tasks simpler and have a more expansive impact on humanity.
I support the concept of wellbeing. Various forms of daily physical activity help in this manner too – solo or in small groups for myself.
Keep in mind wellbeing, appreciation, and growth are top items to target, as the success overflows in other areas of your life.
